said this while addressing the players from 28 states and seven countries of the country during the closing ceremony of the national level Taekwondo competitions at Mother India Public School, Bajpur, Uttarakhand. He said that it is a proud moment for the region that for the first time the national level Taekwondo competition is going to be organized in Mother India Public School, Bajpur in Bajpur region of Uttarakhand. The closing ceremony was presided over by MLA Gadarpur and former Cabinet Minister (Sports and Education) Shri Arvind Pandey. program president Arvind Pandey honored the winning players by giving them prizes.Competition in-charge Sandeep Chauhan and school media in-charge Kiran Kumar Joshi informed that players from CBSE schools of 28 states of India, zones-North 1 and 2, South 1 and 2, East, Far East West, Central as well as abroad like Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar etc. are participating in this championship. In the 17 years old category North Zone 1 Yashman Sharma Laksh Sharma won gold medal, Advik Mittal, Kartik North Zone 2 Aditya Verma North Zone 1 won silver medal and Ahmed Ayan Shakit Foreign Zone Yash Uniyal North Zone 1, North Zone 2 won bronze medal; in the 19 years old and girls category Bhoomi Rathore Central Zone Kamaldeep Kaur North 2, Rani Kumari East Zone won gold medal, Chitrashu West Zone, Maryam Musabbir South Zone 2 won silver medal and Durga Lagad South 2 Tusoro Tha Foreign East Zone won bronze medal.
